Start the morning off with powerful exercises to energize, rejuvenate and connect your joints, ligaments, energy levels, mind, body & spirit.
After your morning exercises, enjoy a nutritious, 100% organic breakfast - typically a smoothie or juice. During breakfast, you will begin the teaching session for the day, which can range from learning about stress elimination drills, breath-work, understanding how our emotions correlate to health & illness, the healing power of food, how to overcome injuries and much, much more.
After your morning teaching session, you can enjoy a variety of fun activities, such as tubing on the river, paddle boarding on the lake, swimming in the pond, hiking or mountain biking through the forest or simply relaxing.

The afternoon/evenings include private sessions with our team or 1-on-1 sessions with practitioners can be arranged, such as chiropractic adjustments, acupuncture, massage, energy clearings, active release and much more. This is also a great time for a workout, if you choose!
Finish the day with another healthy meal & a closing teaching session for the day.
