Start the morning off with powerful exercises to energize, rejuvenate and connect your joints, ligements, energy levels, mind, body & spirit.
After your morning exercises, enjoy a nutritious, 100% organic breakfast - typically a smoothie or fresh juice of some kind. After, you will head to the courts for your morning training session. Morning sessions typically focus on Brenda refining your technique & athleticism.
After your morning hit, you can enjoy a variety of fun activities, such as river tubing, paddle boarding on a local lake, mountain biking, swimming in the pond, hiking or simply relaxing.
Refuel from your fun with a healthy organic meal made from scratch!
The afternoon/evening sessions include workout/physical training, or 1-on-1 sessions with practitioners, such as chiropractic adjustments, acupuncture, massage, energy clearings, active release and much more can be arranged.
The evening session will entail Brenda coaching you through point-play, either with other tennis students or one of our on-site hitting partners.
Afterwards, we love to bring the farm to our table with fresh meals from our farm and other local suppliers. The evenings are a great time to review the day, have extra teaching, performance training or individualized treatments.
Each night there is a focused activity to give you the traditional camp feel. Finish the day with another healthy meal & a closing teaching session for the day.
I addition to the 14-Day training program in Virginia, Brenda will also travel to a tournament with the tennis students.
Before your arrival in Virginia, Brenda will coordinate a tournament to travel with you to, and after your 14 days of training & coaching in Virginia, she will either fly or drive with you & coach you through the tournament.
This is a rare and exciting opportunity to have direct coaching from a top 10 player in a competitive environment!
Once you select your dates, we will help you coordinate your arrival. If you decide to fly, which most do, we can arrange an airport pickup in Greensboro, Charlotte, Raleigh or Roanoke airports.
